After a research work, our students created a tourist guide about Terceira Island, which will be explored by our partners when they come to visit us.
In this guide, we contemplate cultural monuments, natural monuments, museums, gardens, gastronomic traditions and swimming areas.
In January, our students had an online meeting with students from Estonia and Slovenia. It was an online activity entitled “Mystery Call”.
According to the activity, they had to find out, through general geographical questions which partner school the students with whom they communicated were from.
After the discovery of the country, the students from both schools asked each other general questions about their schools and their place.
First, our students heard the legend of Sete Cidades, which is a story of the oral tradition on the island of São Miguel in the Azores. It´s a fairy tale about the origin of the caldera lagoons of the Sete Cidades volcano, which, although united, have two different colors, one is green, and the other is blue.

After the students worked on the interpretation of the legend, they translated the story into English and then drew the illustrations for the digital book.
As the Greek school “4º Dimotiko Scholio Edessas” asked, we prepared a multi-language dictionary.
According to the chosen words, we had to read in English, and then in Portuguese. The students prepared an áudio recording.
Erasmus Corner is the place where our students can learn more about other partners and also our activities and work done by them.

The logo competition was an extraordinary experience for the students. They learned several techniques on how to design a logo.
The final products were incredible, that´s why it was so difficult to select only tree.
